1. The operator of the all-electric stacker shall not drive under the influence of alcohol, overweight or overspeed, and shall not brake or turn sharply. It is forbidden to enter the place where solvents and combustible gases are stored by the all-electric stacker.
2. The safety devices of the all-electric stacker must be complete and intact, with sensitive and effective components and good technical performance. It is strictly prohibited to drive the stacker with faults. Usually, it is necessary to carry out more routine maintenance for the all-electric stacker and carefully inspect all components.
3. Maintain the standard driving state of the all-electric height stacker. When the fork is running off the ground, the fork is 10-20 cm off the ground. When the all-electric height stacker stops, the fork is running down to the ground; When driving on poor road conditions, its weight shall be appropriately reduced, and the driving speed of the full electric stacker shall be reduced.
4. If the electric control device is out of control during the driving of the all-electric stacker, disconnect the main power supply in time.
5. Special attention shall be paid to timely charging and correct maintenance of the battery during the use of the all-electric stacker. Pay attention to the method when charging the battery, which should not only make the battery fully charged, but also not cause the battery overcharge; When the battery is in the state of low power, the battery should be forced to charge several times, and then it can return to the normal state; Always check whether the distilled water of the battery is sufficient. If it is insufficient, add distilled water in time.
6. In the operation of the all-electric stacker, try to use as little as possible long and long distance acceleration. When the all-electric stacker starts and the speed increases, hold the accelerator pedal. If the road condition is good, the stacker will continue to accelerate. When the stacker needs to slow down, loosen the accelerator pedal and gently press the brake pedal, which can make full use of the energy of deceleration. If the all-electric stacker has the regenerative braking function, the kinetic energy of deceleration can be recovered. When the vehicle is descending on the ramp, do not disconnect the circuit of the driving motor of the all-electric stacker. Gently press the brake pedal to make the all-electric stacker run in the regenerative braking state. Use the kinetic energy of the vehicle downward to reduce the energy consumption of the battery.
7. Do not mistake the "forward and reverse" direction switch for the steering switch during the operation of the all-electric stacker. Do not directly press the brake pedal to the bottom unless emergency deceleration is required. In the process of vehicle operation, if the battery is found to be low (which can be obtained through the electricity meter, power loss indicator and other warning devices), the battery should be charged as soon as possible to prevent excessive discharge of the battery.
8. During the operation of the all-electric stacker, do not take emergency braking frequently during high-speed driving; Otherwise, it will cause huge friction to the brake assembly and drive wheel, shorten the service life of the brake assembly and drive wheel, and even damage the brake assembly and drive wheel.
9. When the fully electric stacker is not in use, please put the fork at the lowest position to prevent the piston rod of the oil cylinder from rusting when exposed to the air for a long time; Drive wheel and front wheel shall be free of debris such as broken steps; The power supply remains off.
