(1) The inspection and maintenance of the motor should be carried out under power failure. (2) Measure the cold insulation resistance of the motor with a 250V megohmmeter every three months. The resistance value should be greater than 0.5M Ω. If the resistance value is less than 0.5M Ω, dry it. (3) Check whether the connecting wire of the motor outgoing line is correct and firm. (4) Check whether the commutator blades are clean and the brush should slide freely in the brush box. (5) Check all fasteners for tightness. (6) Check the brush wear every three months and replace the brush as appropriate. (7) Carry out comprehensive maintenance of the motor once a year.
